This latest report, which compiles data on stops and motorists, cyclists and pedestrians over the past year, shows that African Americans are still more likely to be stopped by the police than other city residents. The city says the raw data doesn't tell the whole story, but community activists are concerned that "driving, cycling and walking while black" remains a serious problem in the Rose City. Jo Ann and Dave and discuss voter concerns about Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.
